Mediation and Arbitration
Miguel Castro was one of the first in Portugal to join the list of official mediators at the Courts of Peace (Julgados de Paz), a position he exercised after successfully attending the Theoretical and Practical Mediation and Arbitration Training Course promoted by the National Institute of Administration. Such Courseprovided him the knowledge and experience to intervene in mediation in several legal areas (namely Civil, Commercial and Labour Law) , which are also generally used in the practice of Law.
